Freelance React Engineer.

“We brought on Robert as a freelance developer to clean up the technical infrastructure of our website. A complex setup in terms of security, platforms, and tools needed technical auditing, updates, and new functionality, all of which were not out-of-the-box solutions but engineering. He handled that brilliantly and solved all requests within 2 months rather than the 3 months we anticipated. We decided to keep him on for an additional 3 months to switch from updating to future-proofing and building custom-made efficiency tools, streamlining how we update the website's frontend, integrate with our CRM, and manage information flows, as well as how to integrate our AI plugins into workflows that directly communicate with our CMS. Again, his work was hands-on, high-quality, and he achieved it keeping the resource requirements on our side at a minimum. I have already referred Robert to other companies because of the asset he has been. We have other priorities for the time being, but I am certain as soon as we are in need of support again, we will turn back to Robert.”

“Robert settled into our team very quickly and working with him was always a pleasure! He soon felt like a valued member of the team. What I particularly appreciated about Robert was that he brought his knowledge and experience to improve our existing codebase and introduce new features. He never shied away from complex challenges, and we could always rely on his commitment, even when there were very last-minute or urgent tasks to be done. His positive attitude and sense of humour made him a valued colleague whom we all miss very much. I would love to work with Robert again at any time.”

“Robert and I were working together on a Career Page for heycar group. Having spent a few months pair-programming, I am really happy to recommend Robert as a developer. During the time we were working together, Robert proved himself as a mature developer that would not only quickly grasp the intricacies of complex solutions but was also pragmatic and precise. On top of his great engineering skillset, Robert was always proactive with communication and fun to work with. That's why I hope we will have a chance to work together in the future.”

“Robert supported us in developing our new heycar careers website. I was working with him on a regular basis. The collaboration with Robert was always smooth: he did not just quickly understood our needs and implemented what was required, but he also brought in his own valuable opinions and perspectives as well as made sure that also "non-techies" understood the current challenges and workflows. In a nutshell: reliable, well-organized & fun person to work with! Looking forward to our next projects together.”

“Robert is a very pleasant colleague who is always willing to help. He is always solution-oriented and highly technically competent.”
